On this month's cover is an artist's rendering of the StatoilHydro "Hywind" floating wind turbine project. StatoilHydro announced plans to invest $79m in building what is being touted as the world's first full scale floating wind turbine, Hywind, and to test it over a two-year period offshore Karmøy.
