Three New CCTV Underwater Color Cameras
Three cameras were introduced to fill a need in the nuclear market. Each camera has a depth rating of 200 feet. The LCA-7700-C is a 380 TV line camera with infrared LED lighting. The LCA-7700-CW is the same 380 TV line camera with white LED lighting. The LCA-7705-CW is a 520 TV line camera with white LED lighting. The cameras are being used on at-sea search and rescue vessels in Canada; on commercial diving ships in Point Reyes Station, CA; for numerous high school and college ROV programs throughout the U.S. and Canada; for lab experiments at NASA Marshal Space Flight Center; for vision on submarines at Msubs in the United Kingdom; at Lake Hemet Municipal Water District in CA to monitor their water supply; by Raytheon for pipe inspection; for quality control monitoring at Ingenia Polymers; at Environmental Testing & Research Laboratory to inspect water supplies; by National Research Council Canada for oceanographic research; and of course the reason the cameras were developed: for use in nuclear utilities. AK Services, SA Robotics, Shearon Harris, Clinton, Crystal River, Quad Cities, and South Texas Project are using the LCA-7700 series cameras for inspection and monitoring purposes. As the list of customers grow so do the applications.
