Supply Schedule Contract (GSA Contract) for Geophysical Instruments. This Contract, number GS-07F-5715P, presently covers EdgeTech Marine Side Scan Sonars, Sub-bottom Profilers and associated equipment. The effective date of the contract extension allows all Federal Government agencies to purchase the listed equipment direct and at a discount. It is anticipated that other instruments marketed by III will soon be listed on the contract. ACV systems are on schedule for delivery to Acergy during 2007. The first of the 150-shp, 3,000-m ROV systems was delivered in January 2007, and has undergone wet and dry testing in Aberdeen, U.K. Acergy operations personnel have also been trained on the new system, including use of Schilling's StationKeep utility, the only dynamic positioning system available for ROVs. The second system was delivered in March 2007. Both ACVs will soon be mobilized aboard the Polar Queen, which has been chartered by Acergy for deepwater flexible pipelay and subsea construction tasks worldwide. The ROV systems will initially be deployed off the coast of West Africa.

Mermaid Orders Compact ROV from Hydrovision
SMD Hydrovision (SMDH) said that Mermaid Offshore Services Ltd. has purchased a Quasar Compact workclass ROV system for delivery in 3Q 2007. Mermaid Offshore Services is a Thai registered company and a subsidiary of the Thoresen Group, one of Asia's largest integrated shipping companies. The system also includes SMDH's own design of a compact Launch and Recovery System and compact Tether Management System. The Quasar Compact workclass ROV is part of the SMDH Q-Series range of workclass ROV systems which also include the Quantum, Quasar and Quark ROV systems.

Tyco Telecommunications was awarded the SEACOM marine survey by Herakles Telecom, LLC. The 13,000 km marine survey commences the development of the undersea fiber optic network which will provide high capacity bandwidth connectivity between South Africa, Madagascar, Mozambique, Tanzania, Kenya, India and Europe.
